The analysis reveals that Southeast Asia leads in absolute volume of pirated uploads, followed by Eastern Europe and Latin America. In terms of infrastructure, the hosting servers most used by pirate sites are concentrated in jurisdictions with weak intellectual property legislation, including certain countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The most used platforms for distribution vary by region: Telegram dominates in Russia and CIS, while specialized forums are more popular in Brazil and Mexico. The report maps the main upload sources, identifies cross-border distribution patterns, and analyzes the effectiveness of local legislation. This data is essential for rights holders to prioritize their enforcement efforts in the regions and platforms with the greatest impact.
